Personalized Physical Therapy for the Way You Move

Services

From injury recovery to performance optimization, our services are designed around your individual needs and goals.

Orthopedic & Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Recover from orthopedic and sports-related injuries while rebuilding strength, mobility, stability, and confidence.
Our approach is designed to help you progress toward the activities, sports, and lifestyle you want to return to.

Post-Operative Recovery

Surgery is only one part of the recovery process.
Physical therapy can help restore movement, strength, function, and confidence following surgery while helping you progress toward your individual goals.

Neurological Rehabilitation

Physical therapy can help individuals experiencing movement, balance, strength, coordination, and functional limitations associated with neurological conditions.
Treatment is personalized to your abilities, needs, and goals.

Vestibular/Balance/Concussion Rehabilitation

Physical therapy can help with dizziness, balance problems, and concussion-related symptoms through a personalized vestibular rehabilitation plan. Treatment may include balance training, gaze-stabilization exercises, gradual return-to-activity guidance, and targeted neck or mobility work when appropriate. The goal is to reduce symptoms such as dizziness, headaches, unsteadiness, and motion sensitivity while helping you safely regain confidence in daily activities, work, exercise, and sport.

Chronic Pain Management

Persistent pain can affect the way you move, work, exercise, and enjoy everyday life.
Our approach focuses on understanding the factors contributing to your pain while helping you develop movement strategies, strength, confidence, and tools for long-term management.

Manual therapy

Manual therapy can help reduce pain, improve mobility, and restore confidence with movement. Depending on your needs, treatment may include dry needling to address muscle tension and sensitivity, cupping to support soft-tissue mobility, and joint mobilization/manipulation to improve joint movement/range of motion. These techniques are always paired with an individualized exercise plan, so progress carries over into the activities that matter most to you.

TMJ Rehabilitation

Physical therapy can help reduce TMJ pain by addressing the jaw, neck, posture, and muscle tension that may contribute to symptoms. Treatment may include hands-on techniques, guided jaw and neck exercises, education on habits that irritate the joint—such as clenching or grinding—and strategies to improve movement and reduce strain. The goal is to decrease pain, improve comfortable mouth opening and chewing, and help you return to everyday activities with greater confidence.
